These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products by DR Mobility Ltd. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products by DR Mobility Ltd. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
- Our Service
DR Mobility supplies and delivers mobility furniture, including adjustable beds, riser recliner chairs, recliner sofas, and related homecare products. Deliveries are carried out by our trained team using company-owned vehicles, unless specialist installation is required.
- Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. A contract is formed once your order has been confirmed by us. Order details, including specifications and pricing, will be confirmed in writing.
- Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in GBP (£). Payment methods may include card, cheque, bank transfer, or finance options. Where finance is selected, approval is subject to third-party providers. Full payment terms will be confirmed at the point of sale.
- Delivery
Delivery lead times are typically 14 days for stock items and 3–4 weeks for bespoke products. Delivery includes placement in your chosen room, installation, setup, and removal of packaging. Old furniture removal may be provided where agreed in advance.
- Installation & Demonstration
Our delivery team will install your furniture, demonstrate its functions, and answer any questions before leaving, ensuring you are confident using your product.
- Cancellations & Returns
Bespoke Products
- Within 24 hours: full refund
- Between 2–7 days: 20% of the order value retained
- Between 8–14 days: 50% of the order value retained
- After 14 days: no refund available
Bespoke or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun due to their customised nature.
Stock / Non-Bespoke Products
- Cancel within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be returned in suitable condition
- Collection by us may incur a £250 fee
- Refunds processed minus applicable charges
- Right to Cancel
You have statutory rights under UK consumer law. These rights may vary depending on whether goods are bespoke or standard. Finance agreements may include a separate 14-day cooling-off period; however, this does not automatically cancel your product order.
- VAT Relief
If you are eligible for VAT relief, you must complete a valid declaration confirming the goods are for personal or domestic use related to a qualifying condition. We reserve the right to charge VAT if the declaration is incorrect.
- Warranty
Selected products include a free 5-year warranty. Full warranty details will be provided separately. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- After-Sales Support
Our after-sales team is available to assist with product queries, operational support, and ongoing assistance. Contact details will be provided upon delivery.
- Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
